Who we are

Ucraya is a trading name of Training Centre Raya London Ltd, company number 11618355. Our registered address is 7 Corporation Street, London E15 3HB. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (reference ZA491449).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type in the form: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone or WhatsApp number, first language, goal, preferred format, level, preferred days and times and your message.

An enquiry also records the page you came from, the page you were on, your device type and your browser language, so that the school can answer you better. This is first party, it is kept in your browser for up to 30 days before you send the form, and it is not used for advertising.

The placement test runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us. If you press the button to enquire, only the level it estimated is placed in the form.

We do not collect card details. Payment is by bank transfer.

Why we use your details

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to suggest a tutor and a first lesson, and to arrange and confirm lessons if you go ahead. This is so we can take the steps you ask for, and it is part of running our school.

Who can see them

Your enquiry is delivered to the school office by email. It is handled through the form service of our website host, Netlify. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies of its own. If we switch on Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, we will ask you first with a cookie banner, and nothing from Google is loaded unless you accept. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep them

We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any lessons that follow, and to meet our legal duties.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, restrict how we use them or stop using them. Write to office@ucraya.co.uk and we will reply.

If you are unhappy with how we use your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
