How online lessons work

From first message to first lesson, here is every step.

Enquire
Fill in the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your goal, any date that matters and what you have tried before.
Check your level
Take the placement test for a rough guide, or tell us your level. For group courses you can also join one live class free of charge. Tell us your goal and we will suggest a tutor and a first lesson.
Get matched to a tutor
The office replies by email with a tutor and a first lesson to suggest, and with times that could work. Bulgarian speaking tutors are available for one-to-one lessons.
Confirm your place and pay
The office confirms your place and sends the bank details with your booking confirmation. For group courses the £50 deposit secures your place. You pay by bank transfer. There is no card payment on the site.
Have your first lesson
We send you the link for the live video call with your booking. Group courses run live on Zoom.
Keep going
Your lessons follow your goal. If your goal or your timetable changes, tell the office and we will suggest what to do next.
